4. Sleep 

Might seem like the simplest one, right? Getting enough sleep is super important for your skin health. While you sleep, the body repairs and regenerates cells, including skin cells. Lack of sleep can lead to dark circles under the eyes, dull skin, and premature aging. Not only is sleep good for your overall health but amazing for your skin too.  

 
5. Stress  

Chronic stress can lead to skin problems like acne, eczema, and psoriasis. Managing stress through activities like exercise, meditation, and spending time in nature can have a positive impact on your health.
