Absolutely! When our team of scientists were developing the unique Koéna formulation, one of the non-negotiable requirements was its suitability for people with sensitive skin. But as with any new skincare product, we always recommend conducting a patch test prior to application. If you experience a rash or irritation, please discontinue use.
Koéna's Dermaceutical Gentle Cleanser removes makeup, impurities, oils and dirt, while also cleansing the skin. It's a gentle alternative with ingredients well known to reduce inflammation and redness.
Koéna Dermaceutical Daily Moisturiser can be used across a range of skin applications. Koéna's patented Resta-Plex formulation was formulated to reduce inflammation, making it particularly impactful to skin prone to eczema and psoriasis or susceptible to moisture-loss, cracking or flaking.
Absolutely! One of the non-negotiables in developing the Koéna formula was ensuring its suitability for the whole family and for young or sensitive skin. Koéna can be safely used by the whole family (including toddlers) and is safe for people of all ages with eczema, psoriasis and dermatitis prone skin.
Yes! Koéna can be applied to your face, its gentle formula alleviates common issues experienced by people with sensitive skin. Just make sure you take care when in close proximity to your eyes and avoid eye contact. If contact occurs, rinse with water.

It’s backed by years of dedicated scientific research to rehydrate skin prone to dryness, redness, itching and flaking and reduce inflammatory markers that cause skin irritation.
We recommend conducting a patch test prior to using Koéna, especially if you are aware that your skin is particularly sensitive, or if you have experienced reactivity issues with other topical gels and creams.
Cleanser - Use morning and night. Apply product into your hands and massage onto wet face and neck. Rinse with lukewarm water. Repeat if necessary.
Mask - Apply an even amount over a clean, dry face. Leave on for 10 minutes or until completely dry and remove with warm water or a face cloth. Use 2-3 times a week or 1-2 times for dry/sensitive skin.
Moisturiser - apply cream liberally to the skin 2 times per day (or you may wish to apply it more frequently for severe cases if required).

Koéna Dermaceutical Daily Moisturiser with Resta-Plex® contains glucosamine derived from crustacea, commonly known as shellfish. It's the shell of the crustaceans and not animal tissue used.

- Keep out of reach of children
- Ensure the cap is secured properly after each use
- Use within 12 months after opening
Don't:
- Store in your car or other random places not designed for skincare products that may expose the product to heat
- Do not use if the tamper-evidence foil seal is missing or if it's past its use-by-date
